Here are my impressions about the service:

-Nivel de inglés del guía: 10
-Servicio en general del guía: 9
-Vehículo utilizado: 10
-Conducción del chófer: 10
-Organización de las visitas: 10

I only have a complain about the guide. He didn’t know a good place to lunch for a private tour.

All the options that he had was terrible and in the end we ate at Mc Donalds… I can’t believe it.

First he took us at a nowhere restaurant, that was completely empty at 11:30, is very stranger. And the place was terrible.

Than he took us in another place that the line to eat was about 165 tables  before us (yes, this is true).

We cannot spend almost 2 hours waiting for a food.

Maybe this wasn’t his job. But I need to let you know.

Sometimes this can make a big difference for your clients.

Despite this incident, all the proposal are perfect.”
