With the aim of offering the best price and promote the local economy, we have included a daily visit to a touristic interesting shop (buying is optional). These shops are interesting for adults and especially for children because they usually offer exhibitions about the different production processes with duration no longer than 20 minutes. If the client is not interested in this kind of visits, we can exclude them from the itinerary, but an extra cost will be applied to the final price.

In remote areas of China is possible that we couldn’t satisfy the same requirements of western food, amenities and facilities that could be expected from more developed cities such as Shanghai or Beijing. We beg for your sympathy and understanding.

Guests can ask for an accommodation at the Everest Base Camp, but we cannot guarantee it 100%, although it is approved in the itinerary, due to reasons beyond our agency’s control.

It is very important for guests to bring their entry permit to Tibet with them all the time because it is usual to find periodical controls carried on by the local authorities.

The trains in rural China might be bit old and it doesn’t count on the same modern amenities of the bullet trains. If you want to have dinner or breakfast inside the train, we recommend bringing your own food because the one offered inside the train use to be expensive and not very good. The train already provides linen and blankets. We also recommend bringing mobile phone chargers.
The train compartments with soft berths consist on two bunk berths for 4 people. If you are less than 4 people or a number that is not multiple of 4, you may share the compartment with other people. In case there are no compartments of 4 people we will take hard berth option, which are 6 berths in an open compartment. All compartments are mixed.
